I always hate coming across these scars in the landscape when out in the hills...but I guess the trees are planted for harvesting so it must be....nice choice for the theme
Must have been boys on the job, they aren't good at cleaning up after themselves, lol. The good thing is in the spring it will be greened up and the leftovers from logging will replenish the path as it composts.
