This is the view from just below Carver's Gap, TN at an elevation just above 5000 feet. The original was a bit blue from the snow and ice, so I adjusted the color a little and did a vignette effect and a frame.
Steve, here is the original for comparison.
A beautiful panorama...and wowzer, what a view!
ReplyDeleteI'm just getting into Panos (My New Addiction I think, how many images did this take or is it one image cropped? Regardless it is indeed a spectacult visage.
ReplyDeleteGreat vista...personally I'm not sure about the vignetting but without seeing the original image its hard to make comment on its enhancement or otherwise
ReplyDeleteRon, my camera has a panorama setting--three images that the camera stitches together.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous view.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful vista...I like both versions! The vignette makes the view seem as though it could be from many years past.
ReplyDeletehi Nancy,
ReplyDeleteI really like the Pano', but as aspectsimages said, I'm not too sure about the vignette. I don't think it needs it, the shot speaks for itself.
Keep up the good work
M.
What a beautiful view. I might make the vignette a little obvious. I think it overpowers the beautiful view you captured. My two cents.
